Fresh is a digital, self-service corporate pantry solution. It consists of an employee mobile app for cashless purchases, a manager's admin app for stock and wallet top-ups, and custom beverage fridges/snack displays at your workplace.

Top-ups are completely cashless. You inform the Pantry Manager of your desired top-up amount, tap your physical credit/debit card or mobile device (like Apple/Google Pay) directly on the manager's phone running iKhokha Tap on Phone, and they instantly credit your digital wallet.

Once you place an order in the Fresh Mobile App, the pantry manager is instantly notified on the Pull Station admin app. They will pull the selected items from the pantry fridge/shelves and hand them over to you, executing a quick stock audit update in real-time.

Absolutely! Employees can submit snack and drink suggestions directly in the Fresh Mobile App suggestion form. Administrators can view suggestions on their dashboard and restock the shelves with highly requested items.

Yes! When Firebase database services are disconnected or during testing, both mobile applications run in a demo mode with preset stock items, a simulated account balance, and dummy checkout routing so you can experience the workflow first-hand.
